The Laos, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore Power Integration Project deal, under which Laos expects to export electricity to Singapore, has been delayed for another six months, foreign media reported. The pioneer project's memorandum of understanding , which was due to be signed at the 33rd Asean Ministers on Energy Meeting and Associated Meetings which is being held in Kuala Lumpur from Monday to Friday, has been stalled due to reservations by Singapore, the New Straits Times Online reported.
